The Office of the Appointed Counsel Commission (OACC) has been charged with maintaining a roster of attorneys qualified for appointment in capital cases pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rules 13 and 56. To assist in compiling and maintaining this roster, the OACC has developed an Affidavit for completion as a means of self-certifying compliance with the qualifications set forth in Rules 13 and 56.
If you would like to be included on the list of qualified attorneys for capital cases, please complete the fillable PDF Affidavit, then print, sign, and have the document notarized. Once completed, kindly return the Affidavit via email to appointedcounsel@tncourts.gov.
